Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

A newly created Item Category Set is not available in the LOV in the Adjust Price List(QPXPRMPL) form .
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to be able to select the Item Category Set.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Oracle Pricing Manager
2. Navigate to: Price Lists > Adjust Price List
3. Open Item Category Set LOV
