The Default Collector is not Available in the List of Values for Collector Name Advanced Collections Form (Doc ID 2921786.1)

Symptoms

When trying to change the Collector in the Profile tab of Advanced Collections (IEXRCALL), the 'Default Collector' or other defined collector are not showing in the list of values.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility: Collections Agent
Navigation
: Collections

  1. Find any customer and select the Profile tab.
  2. Open the list of values for the 'Collector Name' field and verify if the 'Default Collector', or any other collectors are missing.
  3. When adding collector to a customer in the AR Customer form, all collectors display.
