Symptoms

When attempting to import internal order,
the following error occurs.

ERROR

Value is not a valid context for the Descriptive Flexfield OE_HEADER_ATTRIBUTES

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Order Management Super User responsibility.
2. Run Order Import program for internal orders.
3. See error.
