SLM: Magnify Glass Icon - Search And Select Function Is Not Working

On : 12.2.12 version, Supplier Advanced Search
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Magnify glass icon: search and select function is not working in the Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) module.
For example, the user is trying to add a bank account for Vendor second site. The user click add and type some of the number then click go. There are no list of values. Another example. If there is a field with a magnify glass and if they type directly to the field then the word or search will automatically comes up but they click the magnify glass icon they no list of values.
Note: This is occurring for just one user
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect the search function to work.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Supplier Lifecycle Management (SLM) > Company Profile > Update Organization
2. Additional Information region > Tier 1 field *LOV
3. Enter search criteria (enter %) > Full LOV values are returned
4. If click on Magnifying Glass (for LOV search)
5. No values returned
6. Other screens shows same issue in SLM
