ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Intermittently the Quote remains in Approval Pending status even after Quote is Approved

After upgrading to 12.2.9, users are encountering an issue with Quoting in some cases where the Quote remains in 'Approval Pending' even after the Quote has been Approved. 



 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect the approved quote not to remain in Approval Pending status.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Login to Oracle Sales
Create a Quote
Complete the Quote and Submit for Approval
After the Quote is Approved the status should move to 'Approved', but remains in 'Approval Pending'
