Symptoms

When attempting to run Interface Trip Stop for a shipped sales order or delivery the following error occurs.

Error
ORA-20002: 3133: Activity instance 'SHIP_LINE' is not a notified activity for item 'OEOL/XXXXXX'. in Package OE_Delayed_Requests_PVT Procedure Process_Request_Pvt

Steps
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to Order Management responsibility>Shipping>Interfaces>Run
2. Run Interface Trip stop for problematic delivery
3. Verify the log of concurrent program to notice the error
