Symptoms

On : 12.2.11 version, db 19c, Oracle Linux 8

When attempting to clone env,following steps from Cloning Oracle E-Business Suite Release 12.2 with Multitenant Database Using Rapid Clone (Doc ID 2552208.1), adcfgclone.pl dbTechStack
fails with the following error:

ERROR

  - 0% completed RC-00110: Fatal: Error occurred while relinking of ApplyDBTechStack

ERROR while running Apply...


  ERROR: Failed to execute /<>/19c/appsutil/clone/bin/adclone.pl

Finished OUI CLI cloning for s_db_oh with return code: 1
