Symptoms

Other tabs Investment Turn, Costing, Capital, Budgetary Control, and Billing have no issues.

From ECC accessing the G-Invoicing Tab gives the below  error
 

You are not authorized to access the function PA_ECC_IGT_FN. Please Contact your System Administrator.


STEPS
-----------------------
- Switch to Projects Superuser Responsibility
-  Select Enterprise Command Center (ECC)
   Project Command Center
- Select G Invoicing tab, gives error
- Other tabs Investment Turn, Costing, Capital, Budgetary Control, and Billing have no issues.
