STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with seeded Incentive compensation responsibility
2. Navigate Compensation Manager->Tasks->Import / Export -> New Export -> Type "Hierarchy" ->click on the name->download
3. Open the excel file and there are HTML codes on top
