Internal Bank not accepting more than 16 digits for some European Bank Accounts

Enter a valid 20 digit Bank Account and the error is given.

Please enter a maximum of 16 characters for the Account Number.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Using a Cash Management responsibility

2. Navigate to: Setup / Banks / Bank Accounts

3. Query the Bank Account

4. Click "Go"

5. Select the Bank Account to update or click "Create"

6. Enter the 20 digit Bank Account

7. When the changes are complete click the "Finish" button

8. The Error is given

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update a Greek Bank Account to more than 16 digits.
Other countries also exceed 16 digits and are given the error.
