EBS: Valueset Range Changed for "1 Number with No validation" After EBS R12.2.9 Upgrade (Doc ID 2923553.1)

Symptoms

Valueset range changed after EBS R12.2.9 upgrade. This is not allowing to enter required values. The range should be same as before upgrade (0 to 9).

Details from R12.1.3

Value Set Name: 1 Number with No validation
Min Value: 0
Max Value: 9
Last Updated By: ORACLE12.1.0


Details from R12.2.9:
---------------------------------
Value Set Name: 1 Number with No validation
Min Value: 4
Max Value: 8
Last Updated By: ORACLE12.2.0

Steps:

1. Login to EBS Application
2. Navigate to "Application Developer" Responsibility --> Application --> Validation --> Set
3. Search for "1 Number with No validation" Value Set

Changes

 Upgraded from R12.1.3 to R12.2.9
