ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Hawaii (HI) Employee (EE) State Disability (SDI) is not Self Adjusting after the application of the Year End Phase 3 patch.
The Year End Phase 3 Patch delivered an increase in maximum weekly limit amount from $6.00 to $6.59.
The employee deduction is correctly calculating.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect Self-Adjust for the employee's deductions for the 2023 Pay Periods before the Year End Phase 3 patch was applied.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Applied Year End Phase 3 Patch.
2. Applied January 2023 Monthly Vertex update.
3. Confirmed the GRE are set to self-adjust for State of Hawaii. GRE is.
4. Observe self-adjust not working correctly.
