Symptoms
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Login into EBS Application.
2. Responsibility: General Ledger Super User
3. Navigation: Setup > Currencies > Define
4. Run a generic query [CTRL + F11] and check
5. Duplicate currencies listed.
