On : 12.2.9 version, API Issues
PA_PROJECT_PUB.UPDATE_PROJECT() API is giving error
If Expenditure Item Date on the PO Distribution table, the AP Distribution table or the PA Expenditure Items all table is equal to the Project Start Date, the API fails.
ERROR

There are charged expenditure items in this project with date earlier than the project start date. Please revise the start date of the project to be same as or earlier than the expenditure items' date.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Write custom code using PA_PROJECT_PUB.UPDATE_PROJECT API
2. There are POs with start date same as project start date
