Error while trying to pass null values in the locator using ECO process API(eng_eco_pub.process_eco)
ERROR

Return Status = E
Message Count = 2
The supply locator you are trying to enter for the component xxx is disabled. (REVISED_COMPONENT_NAME=xxx)
An error occured while processing business object xxx in organization xxx . Please check the data in this business object and re-run the import process.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
Run ECO process API(eng_eco_pub.process_eco)
In order to pass null value in the locator, use FND_API.G_MISS_NUM or FND_API.G_MISS_CHAR
The error is seen
