In Assignment Form, Removal Of Assignment History Record, Removes Budget History Record From Budget Form For Data Sync, But This Action Creates Data Corruption In Budget History Record (Doc ID 2924830.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------

Observed that, when the Assignment History record is removed, Budget Related History data (Full Time Equivalent - FTE and Head Count) gets removed as well as part of data sync and this corrupts it and leaves multiple record to be available on the same time period.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------------

Expect that, when the Assignment History record is removed, Budget Related History data (Full Time Equivalent - FTE and Head Count) that gets removed as part of data sync should not corrupt the data and make sure the data sync is intact and doesn't leave multiple records to be available on the same time period.

STEPS
-----------------------

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Login using "HRMS Manager" Responsibility.

2. Navigate to People -->. Enter and Maintain.

3. Query for an Employee whose assignment history record needs to be removed.

4. In the launched form, click on the "Assignment" button and in the launched form, date track to a date, from where the next history change that is in between the current open ended (Active) record and the current queried date track record can be removed.

5. Now click on delete icon on the tool bar and in the prompt select the value as "Next" and save. This will delete the immediate next history record between the current open ended (Active) assignment record and the current queried date track assignment record.

6. This will trigger the deletion of Budget history data (Full Time Equivalent - FTE) to make it in sync with the assignment date track record.

7. Now once the assignment record removal is successful, click on "Others" and select the value "Budgets".

8. In the launched form, when you access the date track history by using the Date Track History Icon on the tool bar, we can see the history records are budgets are removed as per the assignment deletion to make it in sync, but it has also corrupted the record and leaves multiple record to be available on the same time period. But the assignment history record is intact after the removal.
