Service Request: FRM-40735: Post-Query Trigger Error When Attempting to Open SR (Contract Related)

When trying to view a particular Service Request either by using the View Service Request form or using query functionality F11 the following error message occurs:

ERROR: FRM-40735: POST-QUERY trigger raised unhandled exception ORA-01403.

When you click OK on the error, the Service Request form contains no data.

View Service Request.
On Search Service Request form, enter SR # and click on Search.
When SR appears in Results, click OK to open the SR.
Open SR form, F11 and enter SR #, CTrl-F11 and error is generated.

Only specific SRs fail.


Questions to ask in diagnosing that this is the problem:
1. Does this SR have Contracts associated to it?

If the answer to 1. is 'Yes':

2. Review the contracts associated to the item: are all Active or are there some that were only entered or already expired when the SR was created?

3. Is this SR migrated from a previous release?

If the answer to 3. is 'Yes':

3.a. Was the contract migrated completely?
3.b. Was there a coverage template assigned to the service item at the time of migration?

4. Has the contract(s) which is associated with the SR been changed?
(Contracts lines removed/added, customer name changes...)
