Missing Exchange Rate Information In XLA_AE_LINES Table For Cash Receipt On Account Application Journals (Doc ID 2925116.1)

Symptoms

The CURRENCY_CONVERSION_RATE,CURRENCY_CONVERSION_DATE and CURRENCY_CONVERSION_TYPE details are not populated in XLA_AE_LINES for ACC/UNAPP pairs in some cases.

Steps to Reproduce:

Responsibility:  Receivables Manager
Navigation:  Receipts > Receipt

1) Create a receipt
2) Apply partially to Onaccount
3) Apply to an invoice
4) Post the Receipt
5) UNAPPLY the ONACCOUNT
6) Post it
7) Apply to Onaccount
8) POST it
