On : 12.2 HRMS RUP16 version, US Payroll Year End

When attempting to Submit the Single Request > Federal W-2 Magnetic Media the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Using the US SUPER HRMS Navigator or Equivalent
  2. Submit the Single Request > Year End Pre Process (YEPP) for all GRE's.
  3. Submit the Single Request > Federal W-2 Magnetic Media.
  4. Observe the Error.
