Symptoms

When submitting charges from the HTML Service Request page the following error occurs:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Responsibility : Service -> Service Request -> Create Service Request.
2) Create a service request with mandatory fields
3) Click on Charges and service logistics using Tools2 from Menu to open charges HTML page
4) Create a charge line and submit it.
5) Error occurs
