Symptoms

When attempting to update an offer while using iRecruitment Recruiter responsibility
the following error occurs.

ERROR

1. Error displayed on the user page as below:
    You have encountered an unexpected error....


2. Error displayed on Java Error Stack log as below:

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. (N) iRecruitment Recruiter responsibility -> Search for any Vacancy by Name.
2. Click on Find Applicant button - > Go to Offer tab.
3. Click on Update Offer -> Enter details for the offer -> Click on Continue -> Error is raised on page.

Changes

 Database upgrade to 19C and application update to RUP16.
