Want to send a email automatically to the user after creating an issue in Oracle projects
and assigning it to the user.
Oracle Projects --> Project List -->Select Project
Click on shortcuts and select issues
Create a new issue .
Assign to person A.
Person can see the notifications in worklist notifications but doesn't get any email.
