Symptoms


Supplier is unable to view awarded Request for Quotation (RFQ) in Sourcing Supplier Responsibility when RFQ status is Partially Awarded


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Sourcing Super User responsibility > Create RFQ
2. Supplier responds with quotations
3. Award the RFQ partially
4. Status: Partially Awarded, Outcome Created (Unlocked)
5. Login with Supplier User and access  Sourcing Supplier Responsibility 
6. Sourcing Home > Full List
7. Search the RFQ, it is not available.
