Forms Error When Connecting to Configurator From BOM (Doc ID 2926614.1)

Symptoms

Unable to launch Configurator from BOM form. Issue occur after applying patch 32334103/34042921. Below error is shows in Java console log.

ERROR

Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-3" java.lang.NoSuchMethodError:
oracle.apps.cz.javaRenderer.JRADManager: method
<init>(Loracle/ewt/lwAWT/BufferedApplet;Ljava/lang/String;Ljava/lang/String;Lo
racle/apps/cz/javaRenderer/CookieKeeper;)V not found

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In BOM Create responsibility
2. Navigate to Bills
3. Enter Organization and Item
4. Tab --> Click down on a blank component line --> Tools --> Configure Bill.
5. Once you click that it will lock up your screen and Configurator won't launch.
