Unable to Reverse Terminate Employee - Record Doesn't Save Changes (Doc ID 2926629.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:

When attempting reverse terminate an employee after clicking the Reverse Terminate button a caution message appears as normal, however after clicking OK the termination is not cleared and the record is not saved as expected.
Clicking the save icon on the toolbar doesn't save the record.

Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1.  Responsibility: US Super HRMS Manager

  2.  Navigate: People > Enter and Maintain > Query Employee.
     
  3.  Click Others... > End Employment > Reverse Terminate.

  4.  Accept Warnings, click Save.
