Pushing Visit MR's To Production - Error: MR XXXX Does Not Have An Active Route (Doc ID 2926645.1)

Symptoms

When pushing visit Maintenance Requirements (MR) to production in Complex Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (CMRO), the following error occurs:

ERROR
-----------------------
MR XXXX does not have any active routes associated.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. R) CMRO -> Planning -> Visit Work Package
2. Query a visit that is created using a parent child MR with routes across stages
3. Push the first stage to production (WO's Released),
3. Stage is successfully pushed to production and task status appears as 'Partially Implemented'
4. Select the next stage and push to production, the next tasks get pushed to production.
5. The initially pushed MR is still 'Partially Implemented' and from the Visit Task tab when trying to push another MR to production, it shows that the initially pushed MR is also the parent MR and the error occurs
