Wrong Numbering And Fonts in The Layout of The RTF And HTML in BIP Report (Doc ID 2926806.1)

When importing a template as a Rich Text Format in a BIP report, the layout of the output in .rtf or .html has the numbering, and fonts mixed.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

1. Created a blank .rtf file and inserted some text with numbers (Calibri font used).

2. Imported that file as the new Rich Text Format layout to the already existing report.

3. Generated .pdf from that layout and everything looks OK (the numbers and the text).

4. Generated .rtf from the layout and numbering works but the numbers themselves are in Arial font while the rest of the text is in Calibri.

5. Generated .html from the layout and the numbering is wrong (the numbers are no longer 1.1/1.2, instead they are 1/2) and the font of the numbers has changed.
