Symptoms

Job failed apstca01.sql ORA-01400:("AP"."AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL"."VENDOR_SITE_CODE")
We are running the upgrade from 11i to R12.2, specifically, while applying patch 33526362.
The following error shown in the patch/adworker log:

FAILED: file apstca01.sql on worker 2.

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("AP"."AP_SUPPLIER_SITES_ALL"."VENDOR_SITE_CODE")
ORA-06512: at line 652



STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Running upgrade from 11i to R12.2.x
2. Applying patch 33526362
3. Job fails.
