GST: Tax Accounting Not Generated For Recoverable Reverse Charge (RCM) Taxes Applied On Purchase Receipts (Doc ID 2926832.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Recoverable Reverse Charge (RCM) taxes are attached to PO receipt.
Receiving process of such receipts is not generating the accounting for the RCM taxes.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Accounting should be generated for Recoverable RCM taxes during receiving.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to India Local Purchasing > receipts > Receipt.
2. Create a receipt.
3. Go to Tools > India Tax Details and add self assessed taxes.
4. Save the receipt.
5. Notice that there is no accounting generated for the taxes.
