ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

While creating requisition from iProcurement, JAWS screen reading software does not properly read the successful requisition submission confirmation popup message.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

JAWS to properly read messages for the user
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to iProcurement
2. Create and submit a requisition
3. Enable JAWS feature
4. During Requisition creation and checkout notice JAWS failure to read messages for user
