Webadi Manage Item Instances Not Recognizing New Instance Statuses Created (Doc ID 2927197.1)

WebADI Manage Item Instances is not recognizing new instance statuses that are created. New instance statuses should appear in the WebADI Manage Item Instances form.

1. Using the Install Base Administrator responsibility, navigate: Setups > Instance Statuses
2. Add a new Instance Status and save.
3. Using the Oracle Installed Base Agent User responsibility, navigate: Mass Update > Mass Update
4. On the Mass Update Batches page, select "Wed ADI" in the Create Batch LOV and select Go.
5. On the Create Batch page enter a Name and select "Search and Manage Item Instances" from the Action LOV and click Go.
6. On the Item Instances: Web ADI page enter 1 or more Instance Numbers and select the Export Item Instances" button.
7. On the next page click the Create button.
8. The Web ADI page opens with the Item Instance(s) selected in step 6.
9. Try to find your new Instance Status in the Instance Status pop list but it is not found . Note there is a blank Instance Status that should have your Instance Status' Name.
