AU: Leave Accrual Zero On Second Termination (Doc ID 2927250.1)

Symptoms

Employee is terminated and quick pay is ran to pay out unused leave balances. Termination is then reversed as employee decides not to leave and employee will then pay back the company (outside the system).

However when the employee is terminated second time, balances on their second actual termination date are showing as zero.

But if date track to the day prior to the actual termination date, the balances appear.

The employee would have accrued some balance between first and second termination.
 
Since the Termination Payments shows zero Accrual Hours, we cannot know the exact accrual balance at the time of making the Termination Payment.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Responsibility: HRMS/ Payroll Manager
2. Navigate to People > Enter and Maintain > Others > End Employment
3. Terminate the employee by entering the dates appropriately
4. Navigate to View > Requests > Submit New Request
5. Run Payroll
6. Go to the End Employment form again and reverse terminate
7. In another period, terminate the employee again
8. Navigate to Fastpath > Accruals
9. Datetrack to the Actual termination date entered step#7
10. See the accrual balance as zero
11. Datetrack to a day prior to second actual termination and can see the accrual value
