Symptoms
The Workflow Agent Listener fails after 10 attempts.
The log file shows
{oracle.apps.fnd.profiles.ExtendedProfileStore@31cc87}],mUniqueId=SVC-GSM-WFALSNRSVC-65418-10002,mLevel=1}, oracle.jdbc.driver.OracleConnection@<SID>, 10002, STOPPED_ERROR, Maximum number of errors (10) have been reached for this Service Component -> oracle.apps.fnd.cp.gsc.ProcessorException:
