ECC Administrator Responsibility Not Available After Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 V7 (Doc ID 2927514.1)

Symptoms

After installation of Oracle Enterprise Command Center (ECC) Framework, Release 12.2 V4 or later, ECC Administrator responsibility is not available as an assigned role. 

Steps to Repro :

1. Install ECC using Installing Oracle Enterprise Command Center Framework, Release 12.2 V4 following instructions based on Doc ID 2821769.1.

2. Login to ECC using http://ECCHostname:port/ecc with SYSADMIN credentials and navigate to User Management

3. Search for the user SYSADMIN or other ECC user and select Assign Roles

4. Check to see if ECC Administrator role exists
