Symptoms

When attempting to perform the activate changes from Weblogic console
the following error occurs.

ERROR

An error occurred during the activation of changes. Please see the log for details
Time out waiting for completion.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into Weblogic console
2. Navigate to oacore_server > Logging > advanced and perform any changes
3. While performing the Activate changes it is throwing the error

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot perform the changes from console
