WIP ECC Data Load Fails With ORA-01427

Symptoms
When attempting to load the ECC data for WIP, however, the program fails with below error. Support document "ECC - Run Data Load (ECC Run Data Load) For Full Load Got Error ORA-06502 And ORA-01427 (Doc ID 2807087.1)" is similar but the file is at a lower version.
ERROR
Exception details ORA-01427: single-row subquery returns more than one row oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:509) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIoer11.processError(T4CTTIoer11.java:461) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4C8Oall.processError(T4C8Oall.java:1104) oracle.jdbc.driver.T4CTTIfun.receive(T4CTTIfun.java:550)
STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log in to Manufacturing and Distribution Manager Responsibility.
2. Go to Requests screen.
3. Submit WIP ECC Data Load Program.
4. Full Load completes with error.
