Work Confirmation is Stuck in Approved Status and RTI Records Has Already Been Deleted (Doc ID 2927869.1)

Symptoms

Work Confirmation (WC) is stuck in Approved Status showing error in Transaction Status Summary form, but with no error explanation.

Datafix from <Note.2536737.1> is not applicable in this case as HEADER_INTERFACE_ID shows Null value according to Receiving Analyzer.

Record cannot be updated, nor re-processed or reset because the the corresponding stuck RCV_TRANSACTIONS_INTERFACE (RTI) record has already been deleted from the interface as per steps in <Note.303544.1>.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Should be able to successfully process Work Confirmation (WC).

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Go to iProcurement portal;
  2. Query Work Confirmation under Orders tab;
  3. Search Order > View Work Confirmation (WC) > Click "Go";
  4. See the Work Confirmation (WC) in Approved status without any possibility to update or to correct;
  5. Go to Inventory Responsibility > Receiving > Transaction Status Summary;
  6. Query the order (PO number) > See the stuck transaction with Transaction Status as "Error" but without any error explanation.
