On : 12.2.5 version, User Interface (UI)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Application Home Page > Setting>Manage Proxies>Add Proxy>User Name   List of values (LOV) is not showing any users.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
List of Values LOV should be given when prompted

or

Setting header icon no longer shows the Manage proxies choice
