Symptoms
While opening Report job by Clicking on Report Job Name [On Report Job History Page] getting below error:
Steps:
1. Login to xmlpserver.
2. Open -> Report Job History.
3. Owner equals -> make blank.
4. Search.
5. Select an item from the Report Job Histories -> results:
In Browser:
Error information:
Servlet Name: /schedule/historyDetails.jspRequest URI: /xmlpserver/schedule/historyDetails.jsp
Inspect the log file for complete details of this incident.
In BI Publisher log:
[app:bipublisher module:xmlpserver path:null spec-version:3.1 version:11.1.1]] Root cause of ServletException.
