On : 12.2.10 version, Asset Definition
While Creating an Asset Route ,try to uncheck Maintainable flag
the following error occurs.
ERROR

"You Cannot uncheck the maintainable flag for an asset that has existing work requests and/or work orders."
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Enterprise Asset Management responsibility
2. Assets > Asset Routes > Query Asset Route > Uncheck Maintainable Flag
3. View above error
