On : 12.2.11 version, Posting

Noticed performance issue for Posting: Single Ledger (GLPPOSS) after upgrade to 19C DB and 12.2.11 EBS.

Solution as per note 2195917.1 and note 1602141.1 did not solve the issue.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login into General Ledger
2. Navigate to Journal > Entry form
3. Query and posting any unposted journal

Changes

Upgrade to 19C DB and 12.2.11 EBS.
