On : 12.2.10 version, Accounting Issues in AP
When attempting to open Journal line definition form, the following error occurs.

APP-XLA-95103: An internal error occurred. Please inform your system administrator or support representative that:
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_utility.deactivate.
An internal error has occurred in the program xla_utility.deactivate.

1.Payables Responsibility
2. Setup-> Accounting setup
3. SLA Accounting setup-> Accounting methods builder
4. Methods and definitions-> Journal Line definitions
