ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

User would like to capture some additional details related to draft invoice, User setup descriptive flexfields for the same requirement but could not update values of descriptive flexfields.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to System Administrator
2. Navigate to Application > Descriptive > Segments
3. Query title Draft Invoices
4. Create descriptive flexfields
5. Login to Project responsibility
6. Navigate to Billing > Invoice Review
7. Query project number and draft invoice number
8. Click on descriptive flexfields to update attribute
