ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Tax amount is not populated for few tax lines in India tax details form of Receipt after BOE application.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Tax amount should get populated in tax lines.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Create BOE with JAI_BOE_PROCESS_AUTOMATION API.
2. Navigate to Oracle Financials of India Responsibility to Confirm BOE.
3. Navigate to Payables Responsibility to Check BOE invoice and make Payment.
4. Once BOE status gets changed to 'Available for Receipt Application', Switch to Purchasing responsibility to enter Receipt.
5. Receiving-> Receipts, enter a new Receipt.
6. Click on Tools-> India Tax Details, select BOE for application and apply.
