Foreign National Employees Missing From EEA4 and EEA2 Reports After Running Employment Equity EEA4 Report (PDF) Process and Employment Equity Workforce Profile (PDF) Process (Doc ID 2928708.1)

Symptoms

Problem Statement:
After running 'Employment Equity EEA4 Report (PDF)' process and 'Employment Equity Workforce Profile (PDF)' process, foreign national employees are not counted and included in the EEA4 report (Employment Equity EEA4 Report (PDF) process output) and EEA2 report (Employment Equity Work Force Profile Report (PDF) process output).


Steps to Reproduce:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Under ZA HRMS Manager Responsibility.

2. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'Employment Equity EEA4 Report (PDF)' process with the following parameters:
        - Report Date: 30th of September previous year (for example 30-SEP-2022).
        - Legal Entity: Relevant legal entity.
        - Report Submission Date:  15th of January current year (for example 15-JAN-2023).
        - Salary Calculation Method: BAL.

3. Navigate to Processes and Reports > Submit Processes and Reports > Single Request > Run 'Employment Equity Workforce Profile (PDF)' process with the following parameters:
        - Report Date: 30th of September previous year (for example 30-SEP-2022).
        - Legal Entity: Relevant legal entity.
        - Report Submission Date:15th of January current year (for example 15-JAN-2023).

4. Check both process outputs and observe that foreign national employees are missing.
