During Receipt on mobile MSCA, Secondary Lot Quantity Confirm field is not Editable for a Lot controlled Dual UOM item (Doc ID 2928734.1)

Symptoms

On : 12.2.5 version,

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
In Oracle Inventory during receipt on mobile MSCA, secondary lot quantity confirm field is not editable for a lot controlled Dual UOM item.

When user perform PO receipt on MSCA by handheld/mobile device, User input the lot number and quantity for the primary UOM, the system does not convert the quantity in the secondary quantity field.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Secondary quantity should be calculated automatically and vice versa ( i,e if secondary quantity is changed manually and select Yes( for change primary quantity), primary quantity should be auto calculated and populated.


STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Mobile/Handheld device
2. Go to Receipts screen
3. Select PO, Item Number, Sub, Loc,Quantity
4. Confirm field is null ( secondary quantity) -->Secondary quantity is not automatically calculated
5. If user manually populates some value, system throws a message "Change Primary quantity"
  If no is selected system is taking the value
  If Yes is selected , primary quantity is becoming null instead of recalculating
