Symptoms
When trying to open approval notification, following error appears:
ERROR
Application Error has occurred in your process Global deployment proposal performed on XXX
3205: 'hr@mycompany.com' is not a valid role or user name.
ERROR in WFSTAT

STEPS
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to "HRMS Manager" responsibility.
2. Navigate to Global Deployments.
3. Click on Create Proposal and fill in all the details and submit the transaction.
4. Login as Approver and click open the Worklist Notification.
5. Encounter the above errors
