Symptoms

You have AHL objects which became invalid when you applied OM.I and OK.I patches (or other non-CMRO patches).

These invalid objects may include:

APPS AHL_LTP_MATRL_AVAL_PVT PACKAGE BODY
APPS AHL_LTP_REQST_MATRL_PVT PACKAGE BODY

APPS AHL_MR_ROUTES_V VIEW
APPS AHL_SEARCH_TEMPLATE_TASK_V VIEW
