ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Descriptive Flexfield (Claims) Attribute1 in table OZF_CLAIMS_ALL is not inserting through API APPS.OZF_CLAIM_PUB.Create_Claim.  This started
occurring after Patch 29906043 (Default DFF Values Are Not Populating On Claims).


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Using API APPS.OZF_CLAIM_PUB.Create_Claim
2. Create claim via api

Applied Patch 29906043 due to file ozfvclab.pls version 120.56.12020000.45.
