In Payables ECC, the aging of past due invoices Graph is not showing any data in the Supplier Balance Dashboard

Steps to reproduce:

1. Log into the application using a Payables Responsibility.

2. Click on the Paybable Command Center

3. Open the "Supplier Balance" OAF Page
